My passion for Real Estate began in 1989 when introduced to the industry by a friend. Seeing firsthand his overwhelming success gave me the desire and drive to become a Top Producing Real Estate Agent in my own business.
Before I first started selling real estate, I attended *First Team's Success Academy (now called FirstTeam® University) for 26 weeks and trained under “Master Trainer” Dale Lawrence. Thanks to Dale's training I was a Top Producer out of the box with over 6 million in sales my first full year. Thank you, Dale. After several years with *First Team winning several "Hall of Fame" Top Producer awards I moved to *Realty ONE Group, Inc. where I learned to become more independent and better able to Serve My Client's Needs - Wants - Desires.
Now, I have my own Brokerage. Teaching others how to accomplish their goals of becoming Top Producing Real Estate Agents. Also, having full control over the decision-making capacity so I possess the ability to respond to my clients every demand - 100%.
